If you’re feeling stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure of your next steps, counselling offers a safe, non-judgemental space to explore what’s weighing on you. Together, we’ll unpack your concerns and work toward greater clarity and confidence in your daily life.

  • If you find yourself in such situations or at a crossroads and not sure which path to take, know that you're not alone. I’m here to support and guide you as we journey together toward your healing.

Individual counselling provides a supportive presence and understanding. It's a judgment-free space where you can share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. Together, we'll explore what's troubling you and find ways to cope and overcome obstacles. Counselling can help you gain valuable insights, develop new skills, and feel more confident in handling life's challenges. Ultimately, it's about empowering you to find greater contentment, improved well-being, and a sense of control in your life.

Couples & Premarital Counselling

If you and your partner are navigating challenges, counselling provides a supportive space to reconnect. The aim is to help strengthen communication, ease conflict, and help build healthier patterns that nurture your relationship and support long‑term connection.

  • Do you ever face challenges as a couple, such as needing to improve communication, resolve conflicts, supporting your children, or managing finances? Are you considering how personality differences and cultural backgrounds affect your family dynamics, or ways to build trust and intimacy? Do you need strategies for improving relationships, re-negotiating commitments, or navigating challenges as a blended family? Let's work together to overcome these obstacles and create a more fulfilling relationship.

    Premarital:
Preparing for marriage involves more than just planning the wedding. Premarital counselling is an opportunity for couples to build a solid foundation for their future together. It's a chance to explore the realities of marriage, discuss expectations, and learn effective communication and conflict resolution skills. From finances to family dynamics, premarital counselling covers essential topics to help couples navigate the journey ahead with confidence and understanding.

As a counsellor, I'm here to support you and your partner as you prepare for marriage. I'm here to help you navigate these important topics.

Grief & Loss Counselling

Grief can feel unpredictable and isolating, shifting from heaviness to brief moments of relief. Counselling offers support as you process loss and find strength at your own pace. The pain can leave you emotionally, spiritually, and physically drained, making daily life challenging.

  • Grief isn't limited to losing a loved one—it can also result from divorce, job loss, or major life changes. These losses may leave you feeling lost and uncertain, struggling to accept reality or longing for the past.

Seeking help is a sign of strength. Talking to a counsellor can give you a safe space to share your feelings and find ways to cope. Seeking support doesn't mean you're weak; it means you're taking care of yourself. And know this: there are people who care and want to help you through this tough time. I am here to help.

Parent Support

Parenting can be deeply rewarding and extremely overwhelming. Counselling offers a supportive space to talk openly, feel heard, and explore practical ways to navigate challenges while strengthening your family’s wellbeing. I am a mum of 3 children – one is a teen and two adult children and know the challenges each season faces in parenting.

  • To a Parent of a Teen:
Raising a teen isn't easy at times, right? As a counsellor who's worked with adolescents for years and being a mum myself, I've seen it all. From the everyday stuff like stress and peer pressure to more serious issues like depression, social media age, breakups, friendship struggles or substance abuse, teens face a lot. But here's what I've learned: when they feel heard and supported, they're more likely to open up and seek help. With a caring, non-judgmental approach, I create a safe space for teens to express themselves and work through their challenges. So, if your teen ever needs someone to talk to, I'm here to help.

To a Parent of a Primary School aged Child:
With over a decade of experience as a School Counsellor and Chaplain, I've witnessed firsthand how counselling can profoundly benefit primary-aged children. It offers them a safe place to express themselves, tackle their challenges, and build resilience. Through counselling, children learn coping strategies, enhance their self-esteem, and develop crucial life skills like communication and emotional management. This support fosters their emotional growth and well-being, guiding them through the ups and downs of childhood with confidence and understanding.

Family Counselling

When tensions rise between family members, it can be hard to find your way back to understanding and peace. Family counselling offers a calm space to navigate differences, rebuild connection, and strengthen the relationships that matter most.

  • How can we handle conflicts with kindness and understanding? And, most importantly, how can we make sure everyone feels heard and valued?

When things get tough in your family, you might not know what to do. That's where a counsellor can help. I can offer support and guidance to bring your family closer together during tough times. By helping you understand each other, resolve conflicts calmly, and make sure everyone feels heard. Together, we can make your family stronger.

In family therapy, we provide a safe space for your family to openly discuss challenges with a professional. We focus on improving communication and interactions. While not everyone needs to agree, our goal is to maintain peace and encourage understanding. Together, we aim to strengthen your family's bonds and overall well-being.

Children & Youth Counselling

Children and teenagers sometimes need extra support during difficult moments. Counselling offers a safe, judgment‑free space where they can talk openly, feel heard, and begin finding solutions that fit their needs.

  • To a Teen:
Hey there! If you're going through tough times, just know you're not alone. As someone who's worked with teens like you and having children of my own, I've seen a lot. From overwhelming thoughts, feeling down or stressed to dealing with bigger stuff like peer pressure, social media, breakups, substance abuse or bullying, I get it. But here's the thing: when you're ready to talk, I'm here to listen. No judgments, just a safe space for you to share what's on your mind. I've seen how amazing it is when teens like you open up and take steps towards feeling better. So, whenever you're ready, I'm here.

EAP Counselling

Workplace pressures and personal challenges can take a toll. I offer a confidential, supportive space for employees to explore concerns such as stress, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, sleep issues, or times of low motivation, with guidance tailored to each individual.

  • Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) support workplace mental health by providing confidential counselling and wellbeing services. Using a solution focused approach I look to helping employees address issues early, boosting wellbeing, productivity, and organisational resilience for both employees and employers.

Multicultural Counselling

As a counsellor from a migrant background, I understand the unique challenges of navigating multiple cultures. I provide a welcoming space where individuals and families from diverse backgrounds feel seen, supported, and empowered in their mental health journey.

Christian Counselling

For those seeking faith‑aligned support, Christian counselling offers a space to explore struggles through both psychological insight and spiritual understanding. Together, we’ll work toward healing, clarity, and a strengthened sense of faith and purpose.

  • A Christian counselling approach invites individuals to connect with their Christian faith as they navigate life’s challenges, helping them find hope and meaning through biblical truths. The goal is to create a safe and supportive space for those facing mental health issues like depression, anxiety, and past traumas, allowing them to share their thoughts and feelings openly. This compassionate support nurtures healing and wholeness, helping people feel understood and supported on their journey to recovery.

Christian counselling can be understood in three keyways: it is rooted in scripture, considers the whole person—spirit, soul, and body and utilizes a comprehensive and eclectic approach. Many people think of Christian counselling as simply incorporating prayer or a bible verse, but it goes much deeper than that.

In closing, as a Christian counsellor, I truly appreciate the role that faith plays in our lives. I am currently a Clinical member with the Christian Counsellors Association of Australia (CCAA) and trained in a Biblical Framework of Counselling.

Psalm 23:3 serves as a reminder of the privilege I have in supporting others on their healing journeys. Like a winding path that offers direction and hope, I aim to create a safe and welcoming space where you can share your beliefs and experiences without fear of judgment. Together, we can explore your journey towards healing and wholeness.
